Aaaand bye Hanyu

Edit: oh wow, he is really messing this up big time

To be fair, he opened up with 4A, a jump that no one has ever landed cleanly.

Yeah, which is definitely brave. But if it doesn't work and the very next thing goes just as wrong, it goes from an awesome attempt to a flop, at least to the untrained eye :p

Exactly.

There’s a difference between brave and bold.

Following his short performance he should have either work on his motivation or be brave and go for another kindof quad he could hit nicely

Well, 4A was his planned secret weapon for months now. Would have been his only chance to beat Nathan. But as suspected it was more a desperation than a plan.

Don't get your hopes too high up for Kvitelashvili. His free skates this year have been... inconsistent. Yeah, let's go with that.

But his Sinatra program is fun. When it works.

Right, so which of these should I pay extra attention to? I really have no idea other than knowing Chen is a 3-time world champion and being vaguely familiar with the names :d

But since there isn't really anything else going on at the moment, I want to watch how this ends!
