Are there any countries with a reduced Olympic quota due to doping violation?

For instance, I read this article but saw Konotop still on the list: https://www.insidethegames.biz/articles/1136466/ukraine-face-expulsion-weightlifting

IWF published the final ranking

https://iwf.sport/wp-content/uploads/downloads/2024/05/Paris-2024_Olympic-Qualification-Ranking_FINAL_24052024.pdf

but yet it's not really final. there is a note in the document

"Following the relevant Anti-Doping Result Management processes are concluded, the Olympic Qualification Ranking may be updated further. With special regards to cases of Member Federations with multiple Anti-Doping Rule Violations referred to the Independent Member Federations Sanctioning Panel as per art. 12.3.2 of IWF Anti-Doping Rules."

Our media got confirmation of Konotop`s quota from our Weightlifting federation several days ago. It is not clear from the message whether was confirmed after the anti-doping adjustments or before them.

Can beat you both in a different sport. GB will not have a fencer at the Games for the first time in 120 years. In St Louis in 1904 at least there was the excuse that very few non-Americans participated in any of the sports.

There are more questions over the citizenship of competitors at St Louis than at any other OG because of the level of immigration from European countries to the US at that time. Indeed changes are still being made in the records from time to time.

My source indicated that eleven fencers took part in St Louis with eight from the home nation, two from Cuba and one German.

In any event it's an embarrassment whether 120 or 128 years.
