Rules for the draw:

 

-France fixed to A1.

-Pots will be draw in order from 1st to 4th.

-No two teams from the same continent in a group. Play-off team can't be drawn with asian or african teams. (which means they are guaranteed to be in 's group and with either or )

What will happen if Israel will be in a group with an Arab team? There's some Arab team (for example Morocco) that will accept to play against Israel?
