Do you know what time tomorrow the announcement of the 3 qualified men's and women's ranking teams will take place? THANKS

I am also waiting for it because I don't know if China will get men's 3*3 quota by ranked top3 or France will get it by host quota. My own interpretation is that China will get it as France already qualify women's 3*3 through ranking, so host quota will be no longer valid. But you just never know until FIBA or IOC confirm the quota by paper.

I don't think France has the host country quota for men. Even if she gets it, it will be on Serbia's quota. ?

Here’s the teams have been confirmed for all three OQTs so far. (UOQT1/UOQT2/OQT)

Universality Olympic Qualification Tournament (TBD)

Host:

FIBA 3x3 World Rankings: :NED Netherlands, :HUN Hungary, :AZE Azerbaijan, :EGY Egypt, :MGL Mongolia, :CHI Chile, TBD

Think Hungary will grab the quota, but I wouldn’t count out Netherlands, Azerbaijan or even Mongolia.

I believe this event will be held in Israel? But FIBA 3X3 isn’t updating that information on their site for some reason :mumble:

Universality Olympic Qualification Tournament 2 (May 3-5, 2024 in Utsunomiya, Japan)

Host: :JPN Japan

Africa Cup 2023: :KEN Kenya

AmeriCup 2023: :BRA Brazil

Asia Cup 2023: :AUS Australia

Europe Cup 2023: :NED Netherlands
World Cup 2023: :CAN Canada, :GER Germany, :AUT Austria

Hard to imagine the quota not going to one of Canada, Australia, or Germany. Canada is the (somewhat heavy) favourite though.

Olympic Qualification Tournament (Debrecen, Hungary)

Host: :HUN Hungary

Federation Ranking Africa: :EGY Egypt

Federation Ranking Africa: :TUN Tunisia

Federation Ranking America: :CAN Canada

Federation Ranking America: :CHI Chile

Federation Ranking Asia/Oceania: :JPN Japan

Federation Ranking Asia/Oceania: :MGL Mongolia

Federation Ranking Europe: :GER Germany

Federation Ranking Europe: :ESP Spain

Federation Ranking: :NED Netherlands, :LTU Lithuania, :AZE Azerbaijan, :POL Poland, :CZE Czech Republic, :ITA Italy, :ISR Israel

Notable absence here being Australia. I’ll go with Germany, Spain and Japan.

After 10 votes the team with the least amount of points is eliminated, after that a team will be eliminated after every 5 votes.    The teams were drawn automatically using a random draw generator. • In terms of the first table, there were 2 clubs missing that are/could be apart of the Professional/Semi Professional English League system.    The first are the Wigan Warriors (club logo above), they play in Super League (1st Division) and are the defending back to back Super League champions. Not quite sure how I forgot to add them, but somehow I did.    The second are the Bedford Tigers (club logo above). They originally weren't set to join the system from non league but there are strong rumours that they are now set to join League 1 (3rd Division), replacing the aforementioned Cornwall.
