@Josh Do national championships count for the Olympic standard? I feel like there are times when the USATF Championships haven’t in the past.

I'm sure they do - maybe in the past the dates were sometimes outside the qualifying period, but not this time.

few athletes qualified yesterday from Bahrain, Tunisia and Algeria

presumably today is the last day in athletics
