  1. Yesterday I forget to watch the compound finals, i thought that they was today Kris Schaff won the men's compound WC meanwhile Sara Lopez won the women's WC. Turkey throw the chance to be the 1st country to win a WC at home.. it never happened for now

Episodi individuali hanno condizionato il risultato, ma questo non deve scoraggiarci, perché la squadraiè in continua crescita e siamo sicuro che presto raccoglierà i suoi frutti”. “La crescita c’è e si vede – è stato il commento del Presidente Falcone – perché questa squadra, composta da 5 atleti al primo mondiale su 9 elementi, ha avuto un atteggiamento sul tatami complessivamente convincente. In particolare penso alle gare di Matteo Medves e Nicholas Mungai, e penso che questi giovani possano fare qualcosa d’importante, senza dimenticare che Matteo Marconcini non ha gareggiato e che Odette Giuffrida è tormentata dagli infortuni. Nei 73 kg, la categoria di Fabio Basile, hanno gareggiato 82 atleti ed è evidente che così diventa tutto troppo difficile, per arrivare in fondo devi fare sei, sette incontri, mentre alle Olimpiadi è molto diverso. Sicuramente ci manca qualcosa per competere a questo livello, ma a Tokio dobbiamo fare bene e sono comunque soddisfatto perché, oltre questi giovani ci sono anche gli junior che stanno facendo molto bene”.
