  5. Some of the comments under this tweet Ranging from Moses to Spongebob's sea bear circle
  6. I thought the combined event was done in the end instead of simply a matter of taking the results of the individual events
  7. Impressive result from young Attila Valter in the Tour of Slovakia https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/okolo-slovenska/2018/stage-2
  8. Athletes should have the choice what they want to hear during their run
  9. Commentator here was wondering about that: can athletes choose their own music, or ask for no music at all? That should be the case if you ask me..
  10. First time this is on Dutch TV (Eurosport) and I'm enjoying it a lot Commentator about the presence of so many Russians in the speed event: "Russians love speed..... .... I mean in climbing."
  11. Awesome finish today Jelle is a little weird. "Where are the guys from Quick-Step?!" and then waiting for a scream until he passes their bus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wH1MjTWLl5k
  12. Around 2000+ km's north of Malaysia
  13. What the hell. A new run of one of the weather models shows Mangkhut having a pressure of 814mb (the lower it is, the more intense it gets, basically....for information, anything under 900 is extreme, Typhoon Tip in 1979 has the record with 870..) and maximum wind speeds of 196 knots...that is over 360 kilometers an hour! It might die down a little before actually reaching land, but (sustained) winds of well over 300 km/h are going to hit within less than two days...this is one of the worst natural monsters of the past decades.
  14. Heard this on ESPN radio this afternoon, I liked it, a 'LOFT issue'.....'Lack Of Freaking Talent'
  15. I hope you know what the source means?
  16. Expectations for a direct hit for the north of the Philippines, by Mangkhut, with winds of 300 kilometer per hour....this is gonna be a nightmare.
  17. Florence isn't even really there yet and ocean water is already coming down the streets.
  18. Yes, since yesterday the forum has been slower than a supercentenarian with ankle weights.

  20. Thank you I'll split those beers with @Agger, happy belated birthday! September kings
  21. I think there are worse states to live in (like extremely hot states, extremely dry states, states with a ton of way too big cities, states full of just rednecks, states full of just the opposite of rednecks and so on ) I'm not hindered by a lot of knowledge about it, but somehow I've always liked Minnesota. Maybe because of Marshall in How I Met Your Mother
