So tomorrow, the girls will made a protest prior to the mass start for the not-inclusion of Women Nordic Combined into the Olympics
 
I mean, yeah IOC and FIS have a point that the sport has so few medalled nations in the last decades, but in other hands they still keep in the olympics sports like Equestrian, diving or table tennis where even less nations medal for almost centuries now 

Not sure what the place is to make sure most interested people see it, so I'll do it here: at 14:00 CET the Brazilian Snow Sports Federation will announce their athletes for the Winter Olympics and it's basically safe to say that our own Totallympian @brunamoura will be part of said announcement after how the weekend went
 
It will presumably be a live thing on their Instagram, @brasilnaneve.

Meanwhile using the break to say I am mostly absent here this time, unlike usually, but for good reason: besides being busy with Bruna's races and so on, it seems like - and that still is a big 'seems like', it is not yet official - her opponent in the fight for the Olympic cross-country skiing ticket has thrown in the towel, won't race tomorrow (the last day of qualifying) and with that.....it would be our very own (and my very own ) Bruna who qualifies for the Olympics  
 
As most here probably know, she qualified for Beijing, but had a bad car accident on the way in which the driver died and she had to be airlifted to the hospital. An accident that happened not 100km from where the Olympics will be next month...
 
Again, nothing official yet and out of caution I haven't really shared much about it in the past months here, but I did want to take the moment to mention this carefully good news on a day that is always already so positive - TISC Grand Final Day

I had to write lyrics myself, so maybe translation is not ideal. Anyway, RANR is fresh new band from Maribor, one of their newest hits is called Vedno (Forever). According to their lead singer it is sung about importance of living with joy, because you only live once. Enjoy !
