I think this would be absolutely best case scenario.

I thought Morozov and Lobintsev were banned because of being named in McLaren Report. So they have nothing to do with Osaka rule

Since Sochi, where everyone could see that Bach is a friend of Putin, Bach lost a lot of support in Germany. Now his actions in the whole Russia case made it even worse. So, Seppelt doesn't need to start a war. But if you want to use this metaphor, yes he has a growing army: Harting, Pechstein of the famous athletes. Then Sörgel as former IOC member. And this other former IOC member who gave back his honours. Of course the officials of the DOSB still support Bach. 

And to Seppelt's style of interviews: I don't like it at all, because he really seems to need the camera and be in front of it. But this does not change, that he revealed a lot

No, they didn't talk about weightlifting. Showed something like a home story about Bach in Rio and then they just talked about the awkward silence out of Russia. Also Seppelt said that they would probably win at CAS because of Osaka ruling. So he thinks that IOC wants to avoid that embarrassment by paying Russian athletes.

His tweets about it:

Seppelt just mentioned in Sportschau that Putin said on Wednesday in Kreml that all athletes  (even if they have been banned) are seen as Olympic champions. This means they get 4M Rubel (about 50k $) and Seppelt implies that this is the reason why only Morozov went to CAS by now. So he thinks IOC pays cash to avoid the appeals!

It's getting funny now. Some Russians preparing their appeal at CAS. One IF wants to avoid CAS and allows all Russians to compete, according to sport1.de

Especially Isinbaeva doesn't show any signs of understanding the problem there is in Russia. Also her opinion about Stepanova is absolutely disgusting. 

Hopefully IAAF does not change decision about her! 

According to

Efimova will appeal at CAS and of course she will win.

I don't know why IOC wants to use a rule that already had been overturned by CAS.

Worst decision, IOC could have made. CAS should be open 24/7. This rule will be overturned easily with respect to Osaka Rule.

Also there won't be any other Whistleblower, after this kick in the face of Stepanova...
