I think AMIT was a clear winner in all three rounds in terms of number of punches landed

it may be that tey had already decided who would win depending on who had paid them off ... someone had bid higher than the UZB for super heavy ..... the problem is that they have made the win / loss criteria absolutely dense , with no way to say who has won other than the arbitary decision of the referees , the referees do not justify their decisions in any way ......... I remember they used to give the bout scores and then even count the number of punches but now it is utter crap

A total traversity in the Ind vs UZB fighht amit smashed this guy all over , and they gave the bout to UZB who could not land a punch what shit , amit got all the hits ...... I do not understand is the purpose to hit someone or not in boxing or do the give points for dancing around .... do see the fightr and give me your opinion ...I think all three rounds were won by AMIT

What I found strange was they initially gave the right decision , The Kazakh wrestler went on protesting but there was no challenge from KAZ but the officials went buzz buzz and they gave an extra point to the KAZ ......... what was that ...... Luckily the video was very clear on the step out ( at least 3 times even before the whistle which was equally strange ) before the supposed take down ........... I think the KAZ were getting thrashed today in the all the finals so they tried to fix it......but it would have been too blatant after the french challenge

What a difference from last year in the Freestyle .... last year and at the asians it was only Bajrang ........ Now we seem to have a great team 57 - Ravi is just 20 and will get better , he was probably one of the most impressive of all the Indians as he was wrestling with some of the best 65 - Bajrang is sheer class and he should have been in the Finals surely 74 - Sushil I really think should retire and allow someone to emerge - Jitender was alright in the 79, his natural weight is 74 so could be better at the 74 or maybe amit who won silver at the asians 86 - Deepak is the hottest wrestler after sushil , he will be a superstar and at 18 a finalist at the WCH shows that he is a possible superstar in the making 97 - mausam Khatri is absolutely past his sell by date , we definately need a new 97 Vicky may be a possibiity ( our junior world bronze medal ) 125 - Sumit is reasonably good ( was the only one last year to do something reasonable ) I think this side is the best would be have ever had in freestyle

I would like to see him against Yazdhani .... not that I am hoping for some Miracle but if he lasts the full 6 minutes ....... I would feel he would have maybe won thru in the worse draw............ And let us not forget he is just 18 , he will become better with experience and power

maybe he could have got through the other draw too......... He really ripped the SUI wrestler apart ....but yazdhani anyway silver for sure

World wrestling update all 4 have reached the round of 16 ..... so good start Deepak - has a good draw can reach semis and get a quota Rahul - Has a good draw can reach Semis - we will have to see about a medal Jitender - Reasonable draw - his first round was promising . I see him progressing but 50:50 Mausum - Snowballs chance in hell of progressing as he against snyder ( US ) .... but Snyder should reach finals so may will come into Repechage but I see him losing there too

Yes I think it is stupid politics which is hurting the wrestlers

But he is just 20 , last year he had an under 23 world champ silver and now world champ bronze he is a great addition to the Indian team and I am sure he would just grow...... I am hoping deepak also wrestlers to his potential and he is just 18 , then we will have a really good team across at least 3 weights

Seems like there is A hidden iranian hand..........he spends hours watching videos of his idol Hasan Yazdani, the Olympic champion from Iran — himself was pleasantly surprised. The call-up to the national camp, a first for him, was more exciting to him because that meant, in addition to watching Yazdani's clips, he could discuss it with India's foreign coach Hossein Karimi, who is from Iran. An Olympic quota, or a shot at a World Championships medal, hadn't crossed his mind yet.
