It's been a great summer on the forum in terms of activity with June and July both entering the top 10 in the "Posts Per Month" ranking.
July 2019 broke new ground, as not only was it the highest ever total for the month of July, it also places 3rd all-time in the "Posts Per Month" ranking, setting the record for highest post total for a non-Olympic month.
June 2019 places no.8 on the "Posts Per Month" list.

I think it's more to do with the fact that so far I see the 5 ball is more about passing and throwing the ball and working the routine around that. But the individual was a real form of artistic expression and loved the skills involved. It's just my really amateur observation as I honestly am almost completely new to watching rhythmic gymnastics. But I really enjoyed the individual hoop and ball finals and would definitely watch that in future

In the return to Argentina from vacations, our trip pass for Lima and there we found in our plane to the coach of the argentinian taekwondo team, Gabriel Taraburelli, he was very surprised to somebody outside his sports knows him, after a short conversation, he gifs me what you see in the photo of our NOC, i also see and talk with the 3 x 3 team of basketaball, one of them is from my city.

I think the tennis venue is amazing!! It blends in nicely with the city, is  quite simple. This is what venues should be like, and not over the top.

I've done a quick calculation based on the season's rankings of the entered athletes (obviously SB are themselves problematic as some athletes are being entered in events they didn't compete in this year). There may be a couple of miscalculations but it's a rough guide... also these are without the relays....

Looks like the bottom 4 have a lot of work to do based on that. Teams like Romania and Turkey will probably perform better than SB lists as they tend to do. Some teams had an experienced athlete with no SB so that will obscure the table too and as I said, that is without the relays.
Norway has home advantage which should lift them to gain a few points more than expected here and there.
 
I don't see Ireland getting out of the relegation zone as we don't really have any scope to improve on the track as we already gain many points there and we are just too weak in the field events.
 

I wasn't sure whether to make a general thread for the European Team Championships or one specifically for the First League. But as I want to have somewhere to discuss the First League, I opened one anyway, so I'll let the admins decide.
 
Anyway, the First League contains the nations of quite a few Totallympians so should be good scrap.... expecting @Werloc @hckosice and @heywoodu, to be interested at least

That depends so badly on the airport  I found Munich to be a huge maze, whereas for example Innsbruck is so freaking tiny it's impossible to get lost  
 
I'll try to post a few photos from cycling around the woods here recently, although they were made quickly by phone, so they're nowhere near as good as the Irish ones  

I’d honestly love to see all three. I’ve found them all highly entertaining to watch. Ice Climbing is what I really want though. First off, it would be the only winter sport not to use skates or skis. It’s unique from ever other sports on the program (meaning we’re adding a 8th sport, and not just another discipline). Plus, there are actually a lot of competitive countries (including  @OlympicIRL). The events are super fun to watch, much like sport climbing, as they are just the winter equivalent. An event in Denver last year had a crowd of 25,000 and the atmosphere was awesome. The event will already feature as a demo sport at the 2020 YOG (hopefully full inclusion in 2024), so at least it’s on the IOC’s radar. So to me, 2026 seems like the right time to add it. This year’s season will feature 5 World Cup Events, a European tour (4 events), an Asian Tour (3 events, one of which will be in  @MHSN, and another in  ), a Youth World Championship, YOG demonstration, and three continental championships.
