Honestly the only teams I'd be shocked to see qualifying are Romania, NI, Macedonia and Albania. Everyone else has a more than fair chance in my eyes.

I see Velasco a bit like Ancelotti in football, not amazing tactical knowledge of modern game but great group manager for big name players.

Finland will qualify... unless France wins 3-2 with Argentina scoring at least 2 more points than them, in which case both will qualify and not Finland. 

Yeah but still their sport infrastructure is ridiculously bad. Even Paraguay who isn't much bigger is better in that.

Swimming: 3-5 Hein, Saravia should go. Maybe Santillan, Dieleke, Ceballos too. Don't know if I'm missing someone else. 
Water Polo: Since USA is qualified for the first time in decades it's not unthinkable to qualify in this sport. I'd say our men's team has a bit more of a chance since Canada men's team is weaker than their women's. Brazil has a stronger men's team but it's not impossible to beat. 0-12
 
Archery: we're always a coin toss apart from qualifying or not. Should be like that again. 0-1
 
Athletics:  I'm actually optimistic to increase the numbers. 6-9
 
Badminton: Have never qualified and will not change soon. 0
