  1. Forgot to do an update on this yesterday but in pool A, has advanced to the semifinals. will take on in around 15 minutes for the second semifinal spot.
  2. Every time I go back to this thread, I get some not so happy flashbacks of what happened at the ISA Worlds (…) but really needed to share this beauty of a wave by Erin Brooks at the WSL Gold Coast Challenger Series! So good that it probably would’ve been a perfect 10 even in the men’s event.
  3. HSBC SVNS Singapore is on right now. Wouldn’t normally mention any of the action before the event ends unless any big wins happen, but I just wanted to discuss something. What’s going on with our men’s team? In Singapore, they started off with close loses to New Zealand (22-17, off a last minute try by Kitiona Vay) and Australia (21-14), which are good results. Can’t read too much into that though, usually they play at least one close match every event against a strong team, and then finish in dead last. That shouldn’t be happening.
  4. Still one more World Cup to go before Paris in Markham, from May 31 to June 2, so technically if they keep improving by 8 points they’d be at 271
  5. As for the starts of the game, it’d have to be Arturs Silovs, Juuse Saros, and Pius Suter. Shoutout to Tyler Myers as well (never thought I’d be saying that in a playoff game lol), he saved the game with his huge dick at the end. Looked painful though, he couldn’t even celebrate when the Canucks won.
  6. P.S @vinipereira thank you for creating the Canucks flag emoticon for me
  7. CANUCKS WIN, AND MOVE ON TO THE SECOND ROUND!!!!! 1-0 final for the Canucks over the Predators, as they take the series in 6 games. Up next, the Oilers!
  8. PIUS SUTER WITH 1:39 LEFT IN THE 3RD PERIOD SCORES TO GIVE THE CANUCKS A 1-0 LEAD!!!
  9. Silovs and Saros having Vezina-esque performances so far.
  10. Watch both teams try and find a way to lose
  11. Jacqueline Simoneau/Audrey Lamothe win bronze in women’s duet technical at the Paris World Cup! 255.3716, which improves on their Doha mark by more than 8 points! FYI this event is a test event for the upcoming Olympics.
  12. Opening Heats for World Athletics Relays (Top two qualify for Paris, and the final where preferred Olympic lanes and prize money will be awarded) Men’s 4x100m: Women’s 4x100m: Mixed 4x400m: Women’s 4x400m: Men’s 4x400m:

  14. @phelps thank you for updating it, I would do it myself but I can’t be bothered
  15. roster https://www.instagram.com/p/C6hHxU2sJt9/?igsh=aml0djc0OGsxaWZk No Crosby
  16. What a cursed tournament. Mensik, Sinner, Lehecka, (RUS) Medvedev have all either retired from a match or withdrew from the remainder of the tournament due to injury. Auger-Aliassime with three of them, against Mensik, Sinner, Lehecka, and with that he’s through to his first career Masters 1000 final, against (RUS) Rublev. He’s only played three full matches, and only one of them was a quality opponent in Ruud.
  17. Auger-Aliassime through to his first career Masters 1000 final at the Madrid Open. Yet another retirement/walkover going in favor of the Canadian, this time Lehecka due to a back injury. Coincidentally, Lehecka advanced over Medvedev in the quarterfinals also due to a back injury retirement.
  18. The former I’m assuming.
  19. Klimkait wins gold in women’s -57kg at the Dusanube Grand Slam!
  20. 5th in women’s foil for Jessica Guo at the Hong Kong World Cup!
  21. beat 14-12 in women’s pool play at HSBC SVNS Singapore
