If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! I don't know who'd take his place in the time trial during day 5. It still depends on some medical test he'll take after the tour is over. carivan 73 Posted August 8, 2016 Author #16 Share Posted August 8, 2016 CARIVAN'S COLOMBIAN PERFORMANCE OF THE DAY - DAY 1 Men's road cycling team It had been a perfect race. The strategy worked and Sergio Henao has a medal almost guaranteed. Until he fell. Wonderful performance by the team, specially Jarlinson Pantano, but alas, this is cycling. But even if we didn't get the ending we had hoped for they made us dream, and they made us proud. REST OF THE PODIUM: 2. Jossimar Calvo (artistic gymastics): Comfortable qualification to the individual all-around final. 3. Jorge Murillo (swimming): Made to the 100 BR semifinals with a national record. First colombian to swim the event under the 1-minute mark.

The first male gold medalist in the history of Colombia and oficially our best lifter ever (Gold, silver and OR) got our first medal in Rio. An attempt at a new OR didn't pan out but thanks to Oscar our anthem was played for the first time in Rio and the third time ever at the Games. REST OF THE PODIUM: 2. Yuberjen Martinez (boxing): Great win over Ladon (PHI) and a berth in the quaterfinals. He secures a diploma and is one win away from our first boxing medal since Seul. 3.
