That's what he went for, nobody in that team was thinking about a final classification anyway. It's all about stages with Van der Poel, Merlier and Philipsen and so far that went well with two wins. For a small team, mind you. Not every team is going just for a high classification . Btw, Carapaz has only been "elevated" to Ineos team leader during this week after the early crashes?
