Does anyone know which events receive priority for reallocation?

Anyway here are the top eligible nations for each event along with how many quotas are available (I'm assuming the remaining tripartite quotas and North Korea's quotas will be reallocated). I will also list the next three eligible nations.

* or ** = tied with each other

Men's 10m Air Rifle (1) - :NED / :UZB:ARM:BRN

Men's 50m Rifle 3 Positions (1) - :VEN / :BRN:ARM:KSA

Men's 10m Air Pistol (1) - :VIE / :KSA * :MAS * :NED ** :ISL **

Men's 25m Rapid Fire Pistol (2) - :VIE:VEN * :HKG * / :PUR:COL

Men's Trap (1) - :IRL / :KSA * :UAE * :FIJ ** :LUX **

Men's Skeet (2) - :KSA:UAE / :COL * :DOM * :BRN ** :ISL ** :NED **

Women's 10m Air Rifle (0) - None / :NED:BIH:KGZ

Women's 50m Rifle 3 Positions (3) - :PUR:MAS:NED / :UZB:ARM:PHI

Women's 10m Air Pistol (2) - :URU:VIE / :ARM:MAS * :HKG *

Women's 25m Pistol (0) - None / :MAS:VIE:COL

Women's Trap (3) - :IRL:PUR:UAE / :JOR

Women's Skeet (2) - :NED:ARM / :BRN:SEN:BAR

Currently, Ireland, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and potentially Venezuela are all in positions to obtain more than one quota so their quotas will have to reallocated. I am very positive that we will not have enough quotas in women's trap

Are you sure about Ireland in men's trap? From the rankings I see on ISSF site from end of March, our highest ranked is Derek Burnett and he is behind :KSA:UAE:LUX and :FIJ. This is where I found the ranking: https://www.issf-sports.org/competitions/worldranking/complete_ranking_by_event.ashx?evlinkid=TR125

I don't know a lot about shooting so I could be wrong :d

Reallocations are based on MQS results, not World Rankings. Burnett has a 121 while :KSA:UAE have 120 and :FIJ:LUX have 119.

Thanks for this info. In the case of, say, Ireland would it be up to the federation to choose? So they could decide to choose women’s trap and not men’s trap?

Either that, or the ISSF will look up the World rankings to decide these tie-breaks.

    • I used public transit the entire time I was in Milan.   My first day was a doozy, because I had to two flights to reach Malpensa, and then the train into town was delayed, and then I got confused a station and boarded a tram instead of the metro, proceeded to travel in the wrong direction, got off, walked back to the station, found the metro, got off a station early, walked around a kilometer to my hotel, and checked in.   My colleagues mostly took cabs upon arrival, but I deduced to take the frugal approach. That said, I was a true public transit professional by the time I left Milan.   I actually enjoyed my rides to and from venues, because I'd just chat up fans and volunteers from different countries. It helped me learn more about the city too.
    • It's the olympics, sleep is for the weak!    The first day i got there i was on a 12 hour flight from l.a to rome (flight that left mid day), lay over, another flight to milan, uber to hotel, then right away to speed skating (1500m men), then after uber to hockey venue for women's gold final, then after the celebrations uber to the hotel, i ended up being awake about 36 hours that day, the next morning i thought to go sightseeing in the center of milan, but ended up sleeping until like 2pm..... and had speed skating/short track that night
    • I tried to get onto the metro multiple times and gave up    I had just arrived the day of from Bangkok (12 hr flight) and was just exhausted and wanted to sleep
    • Plus, you missed out on a potential metro ride with me, which is quite priceless in my opinion
    • My hotel was very close to Rho so was easy to get there, but it was so far from the hockey venue that after the women's gold medal match it was so expensive to get back, and also the next day after the usa slovakia semis it took forever, the asshole driver took the city and not the freeway
    • Uber cost me $224 CAD to get back to the hotel from the OC. It basically prevented me from buying tickets to a speed skating session
    • Romania's national team coach, Mircea Lucescu, has died half an hour ago He was in hospital since March 30th, just before the friendly match against Slovakia. Unbelievable how the life can have such turns...in March 26th he was in Istanbul playing the WC qualifying play-off vs Turkiye and now he died.    Thank you very much for every moments you bring us in your huge career (he's on 3rd place in a most trophies won in career, after Ferguson and Guardiola) and may your soul rest in peace, Mr. Lucescu.
