Obviously some influential people in Switzerland/Austria have a problem with Germany becoming good in freestyle snowboarding. I hope that Snowboard Germany won’t just remain silent. Edit: Annika Morgan missed the big air final by one place and of course in both her runs her two worst scores came from the two Swiss judges. Rolling the dice to determine the results would be more fair than this travesty, I hope that someone will be hold accountable and that we will have professional judges at the Olympics.

      Franchi had a similarly impressive performance at the 2023 World Championships on the same distance but later she completly missing. I hope that with Gismondi will be different, especially since she was already a great talent in her junior years. The problem in Italy is that for the past 15 years, aside from Pellegrino, there has been a miss of stability in other athletes: there are some booms of excellent form, but later they disappear. I also worry that funding for cross-country skiing will be cut after the Cortina Olympics.
