I'm having a hard time seeing any of the losing candidates support Le Pen and the same about their voters.

Some of Dupont-Aignan's and Asselineau's voters may support her (and maybe some few Fillon-supporters), but unless Macron barely gets any votes from people supporting the other candidates, I'm having a very hard time seeing Le Pen winning.

Francois Fillon also supported Emmanuel Macron

My favourite Volleyball position: LIBERO. You ask why? Look here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyIOarNAONk

UPDATE: KANTAR SOFFRES Exit Poll at 21.00

Macron 23.8 (+0,8 comparing to 20.00)

Le Pen 21.7 (-1.3)

Fillon 19.8 (+0.8)

Melenchon 19.2 (+ 0,2)

Reminder:  The Exit Polls are NOT the official result. The vote count is not yet ended - the best example would be the  Austrian election where the far-right candidate was supposed to win the election, but after the votes have been counted it turned out that it's the Greens candidate that collected more votes

when lepen wins , Serbia will have no chance to join the UE

I don't give a damn about EU anymore. And I can guess many people in Serbia are very skeptical now too.

I hope Le Pen wins in second round, though it probably will be very, very tough.

The government numbers are those counted yet.

She will most likely lose when votes from major cities are done.

Which of these French people is closest to 'the center'? :p

So not someone who's too right or someone who's too left, but a decent, acceptable person that both the way too right and way too left people could maybe accept if their favourite doesn't win?

    • So, the gap between Shiffrin and Aicher in the overall WC standings is now 219 points.   The races left are: - DH x 3 - SG x 2 - GS x 2 - SL x 2   Could Aicher have a glimmer of a chance?    She'd obviously need to avoid DNFs, which have been an issue this year, but she could potentially lead the table after next week's races in Val di Fassa, provided there are no cancellations (the weather forecast is very good at the moment).

    • Last night, I had the privilege to see my first live curling matches.  The USA National Championships were just 1.5 hours away from where I live (not bad in a country the size of ours, and even more surprising since I live in an area where it rarely snows).  I got to visit the 'page final' (i.e. first playoff round), the highlight of which for me was Team Shuster vs. Team Stopera.  Team Stopera ended up winning by 1 point, but Shuster will be able to play one final match this morning to see if they can make it to the finals this afternoon (the winner of which will qualify to Worlds).  None of the current Olympians were there, having declined their spot in the tournament.   Got some free swag     These people would yell 'Peel! Peel! Peel' whever someone would peel a stone.   Got to see the measuring instrument in action.   And yes, Matt Hamilton and Colin Hufman had sleeveless jerseys on.
