They can, but there has been no serious sign of it. Trump fans come up with signs like "there was a 138k-0 batch for Biden in Michigan!" or "they are drawing over ballots in order to falsify them!", which have been easily debunked/explained.

Nope. Bit hard to change any decision even for the supreme court without any proves or evidence.

 

But yep, you are right, if they do the recounts, at the USA votes counting pace they could finish them in some 7 years

I dont remember this quantity of complaints of electoral fraud, may be and just may be are not enough to reverse the results.......will see what happen in the Supreme Court if there are serious proofs or dont.
