Dillon Reidenauer- 18 year old lsu pole vaulter,a motorcycle driven by a 23 year old crashed into the car she was in.Both of them died on the scene of the crash.

Really shocking news :cry: apparently from the heart attack at the age of 49

 

he was a 3 time Olympic Champion. couple of wrestlers have more/better medals but he was always considered as the most technical wrestler of all time. always fun to watch

1956 Olympic Lightweight Boxing Champion Dick McTaggart :GBR.  Never turned pro, spent his whole career as an amateur & then after retirement as a coach.  Old School.

Terrible news. He was among my heroes.

Had ill heart for ages, as it seams.

Fell out of the window apparently.

:MEX Yolanda Ramírez (90 y/o), tennis player.

 

1958 women's doubles French Open Champion (alongside Rosa Maria Reyes who died a year ago), two times singles finalist in the same tournament (1960, 1961) and winner of another 29 singles and 3 doubles titles.

 

3 times champion in mixed doubles at the PanAm Games (1955-1963), 3 times silver medalist in singles (1955-1963), one gold and one bronze in women's doubles (1959-1963)

Eddie Jordan, the Jordan Grand Prix founder, has died aged 76 while undergoing treatment for cancer.
