:FRA Thibault Fournier takes the Pau title. So random.

Meanwhile, 4th place for :DEN Peter Flarup. Incredible result for Danish eventing, did not see that coming. :yikes:

Nah just a joke, was watching the Vikings when I read your comment about Danish ancestry :d

Ah, I never seen the show, but I hear it’s pretty good.

Does anybody know if FEI has already published the list of events counting for the Olympic Ranking?

Yes and no. There isn't a specific list of qualification events yet, but the calendars for 2019 are available here.

For dressage all CDI3*/4*/5* and CDI-W events will count, as well as European Championships and Pan American Games.

For eventing all CCI4*/5* events will count, together with the Europeans (but not Pan Ams).

For jumping all CSI3*/4*/5* and CSI-W can count, but FEI will publish as the year goes which of these events will actually count (there are certain requirements, though I don't really know much about them)..

Thanks @dcro, precise and fast as usual :D just one other questions: as regards Nations Cup, is it going to count for individual ranking or only for team qualification in eventing and jumping?

Yes, they will count for individual rankings as well. :yes Nations Cup events are notified as CDIO, CCIO and CSIO in the calendar.

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
