Excuse me? And why is that exactly?  Because your country have a long history of doping and finally got caught? Or because you actually had a kgb lab fixing all the samples in Sochi.  How many medals you lost from there ? So many that we are again at the top of the table.     Did putin figure out how much steroids you need to win the world cup And not be embarrassed on home soil?

We did in Mountain bike cycling at the Olympics in 2016! If the athlete has achieved the internal qualifying standard they should be accepted whether they qualified directly or via reallocation.

Apparently Belgium received a whole lot of reallocations... Shame that ISU is not giving updated whatsoever.

Including Matthias Vosté, who earlier celebrated qualifying for the Olympics only to realize he had made a mistake and he wasn't qualified. Nice

How? Belgian NOC says he's qualified in 500m, 1000m and mass start.
