Marianne" is the women republic allegory. Nicknamed "La gueuse" (the villainous) by Vendeans. This nickname is still used by french royalists

I think it’s brilliant. It might be one of the best logos of all time. That type font is definitely my favorite Olympic font (though Rio’s is fun too)
