option no.2 for sure, as it's been all this shitstorm organized by the nhl owners through their embedded reporters

 

ps not that the north american audience looks really aware of the hockey rules and habits outside the nhl (and around their game, too, since they look not to know that just a couple of weeks ago they played 2 nhl matches on an ice sheet of the exact same size of Milan's olympic arena)

That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.

Exactly. Recent developments of the construction haven't been particularly encouraging, and while they'll probably get everything sorted just in time, a lot of North American fans have been quite vocal about every minor inconvenience.
