I was thinking that cutting weight divisions in weightlifting will increase doping in the sport.

People from the lower end of each weight category will need to bulk up more to stay competitive

"Credibilitiy and use of technology" was officially cited as one of the reasons for the 50 km exlusion.

 

No surprise there. IAAF could have, and should have, done something in this regard.

Some interesting developments here.  Glad to see them streamlining things, even if it sucks for a sport like weightlifting

Honestly kinda shocked they aren't including the mixed skeet event.
