The first Japanese podium even, not counting a Japanese win in a 'Mass start B' in Oslo in 1999.

9th World cup podium this season + 3 at the Olympics so overall 12 podiums for Nastya this season. Very successful season.

 

Now another memorable moment is hopefully awaiting her in the next weeks last stage in her native Tyumen

Apparently, Julia Ransom is retiring from Biathlon as well and that's a huge blow to Team Canada, as Ransom was becoming better and better with every year and even two Top 10s this season.
