Warm-up question - when have the last decade ended:

A: 1st January 2020
B: 1st January 2021
C: 31st December 2019
D: 31st December 2020

For this is the warm-up you have only one lifeline - it's a talk with our expert. @Olympian1010, are you with us?

I am not sure how it is elsewhere, especially in Lalaland...but here under the Tatras it should be definitely "C" :old:

The expert agrees with that answer.

Good evening for a new night of quiz here. ;)

We will have two players tonight, @hckosice from Slovakia and @Olympian1010 from California, US.

I hope everything's okay on your end, hckosice, as it is your turn right away.

90 % nervous and 10 % scared, so let´s go then I guess :d

Understandable, but we will start easy and slowly here and maybe you've picked up the one or other thing from studying Marie Antoinette. ;)

Before we start, I need to ask you if you want 3 lifelines or 4. The 4th lifeline, as usual, is receiving help from the whole expert team but the safety net at 32,000 Points will be taken away. So may you select your format.

    • Just rewatched that last minute, because apparently there were a controversy according to medias, but it took almost 15 minutes.  oh dear, this sport is just something else.

    • Hope so (for my adopted country, Norway, that is). Torino 2006 was the first Winter Olympics I followed closely and it was nothing short of a disaster for Norway. Strangely enough, that was actually the reason I became an avid fan of Norwegian winter sports and have been ever since. As for my actual home country, Greece, a medal for Ginnis in slalom (alpine skiing) would be a miracle.
