I think that's because the code of points has been changed after RIo 2016. Scores in 2017 appear to be quite a bit lower.

hmm. probably yes. it is not realistic that results are low like this.

oh men, what a bad luck for Seligman.

4th place for Seligman.

But I'm kind of glad that he finally performed without mistakes in the final... He qualified for like 1000 finals and in 999 of them he made big mistakes.
