Preliminary Round
November 22nd - November 27th, 2020
9 Nations, 3 Groups, the 1st Nations from each Group and the best 2nd Nation between all Groups will qualify for the Semifinals

Knockout Round
November 30th - December 2nd, 2020
4 Nations, Semifinals, Bronze Medal Match and Gold Medal Match, the winning Nation will be the Men's Football CECAFA Under 20 East and Central African Championship 2020 Champion

    • Is this the first time (some) top swimmers are actually taking the short course world championships serious, or what?     This is what I meant earlier in the year about the 'believability' of a sport  
    • 2010 Olympic 1500m champion  Lee Jung-su was competing in the 1500m semifinal earlier in front of his home crowd but crashed and didn't advance.
    • Gretchen Walsh is absolutely insane! 3 individual golds and 5 individual World Records so far and I would imagine there'll be two more individual golds and a few more World Records yet to come. Completely in a league of her own.
    • In  Melodifestivalen we have such artists as previous Eurovision contestants John Ludvik and 2015 winner Mans Zelmerlow. I'm wonder if he will make a come back as Loreen and will win again too, time will tell.   However in  Sanremo we have also some returning artists as Francesca Michelin and Francesco Gabbani.   In  Supernova 2022 contestans Citi Zeni and 2016 Justs will try make a comeback too.  
    • Despite hopes and not a small chances  and  will not return to the contest.
    • After all drama no country from 2024 didn't withdrew from 2025 contest, additionaly Montenegro will make a come back after 2 years break, they are also first country which already selected a song, 12 years later after her last participation Nina Zizic will compete again, initially a band called NeonoeN was set to participate but they withdrew as they released their song prior 1st September which broke the one of main rules of the contest.
