Again we are close and again we will be without quota. :(

I hope Erdelji can pull off a stunt tomorrow, that'd be awesome..

But she'll make it through rankings anyway, so the win-win situation for us here would be Erdelji winning: Serbia gets a quota and Netherlands will get a ranking quota :p

Barbora :( this is becomming to be really depresive...

for London 2012 she lost the final olympic qualification match in 7th set 10-12, 4 years later she lost the final olympic qualification match in 7th set 9-11... some peoples just haven´t the olympics in their destiny

I remember well that match from 2012. Barbora was actually leading our player 3:0 in sets, but our girl made a huge turnover.

Looks like one of Indonesia or Philippines is guaranteed a quota in women's singles. Huge success, whoever wins.

    • Yes, but Geiger and Wellinger have both achieved some success in major events, while Paschke hasn't. Geiger certainly has a better chance in Cortina than Paschke at now, but it has to be the his decision to withdraw and give a chance to his team- mate. Otherwise, it wouldn't be fair to him. I don't think Horngacher will force him to withdraw.
