Some of the Olympic disciplines will be held at a new elite training facility in Southern California as well. Olympian1010 7,479 Posted July 15, 2021 #62 Share Posted July 15, 2021 @dcro Marin Rantes came very close to history this evening. He missed the podium in men’s park by one place. I believe (not certain) he would have been the first Croatian to win a medal at the Summer X Games had he made it onto the podium. It’s also rather impossible to know he close he was to doing that since X Games doesn’t post explicit scores under their new scoring format (the riders are just given a final rank based on overall impression over multiple runs during a jam session). dcro 1 “Sport has the power to change the world. Why do judges hate Ayumu so much? He reasonably could have three Olympic golds at this point (him not winning in 2014 and 2018 was defensible, but there was an argument for him to win both times), and he almost got robbed in Beijing.
