For some sports like Rowing, Triathlon, Table Tennis and Wheelchair Tennis indidivual federations have posted entry lists, but the IPC is officially useless at entry lists - plus everything has been mucked up because of the Russian ban so over 280 reallocations have been completed!

The IPC have majorly upped their game in the last 24 hours. On their website you can now get full entry lists for every single event at the 2016 Paralympics, coupled with individual nations team sizes and the complete schedule (start lists yet to be added).
