This also includes all teams selected by the national federations right? I mean, if someone is listed here as swimming event X, unless he/she gets injured or something this athlete will swim event X?

Pieter Timmers won't swim the men's 200m freestyle btw, I'm guessing there are some more things like that in the list that are not entirely correct

I think this is final.

 

I'm guessing that he is still entered for 200m free. If he decides not to compete then there will be an empty lane in heats (we often see that).
