Never mind I was wrong. 

 

GB can only get in if Italy AND Norway both lose their remaining two games, AND GB beats USA. Italy and Norway both have Switzerland and Canada, so it's entirely possible.

No, if both Italy and Norway lose to Canada and Switzerland, and Great Britain beats USA, then Great Britain will be alone at 5-4 and qualify.

 

Edit: Or wait, they don’t even need both of them to lose both of their matches, only one of the teams.
