Well so far in every single photo I have seen of Silveira (both pre-Olympics and after arriving in the village) she is wearing the Belgium-Brazil hat for example. Personally I completely agree with her wearing that, since the Belgian/Brazilian team is actually her team (with Kim Meylemans) and so...you know, she should be able to wear a hat of her actual team (different if it was a purely commercial team of course). I don't think Bruna will actually wear her pin like she has been wearing in every single qualifying race for the past years, just to be sure, but at the opening ceremony tomorrow, if things go well, you will notice...something -

Update on McMorris, he’s out of the hospital and feeling good but still will receive some testing by the Canadian Olympic Committee to determine if he’s ready to compete, whatever happens hearing this news is a great sign

Can she wear accessories with the Belgian flag? I thought it was mandatory that they be exclusively items from her own country. I don't know if I agree with that, but the fact is that if one can, everyone should be able to. -

And from what I understood it will only be Braathen in Milan, while Silveira will carry it in Cortina. Bruna is Brazil's only woman in the opening ceremony, but instead of being there for the flag, she is there because Braathen's luxury clothing sponsor wanted a woman there as well to show the women's clothes. Anyhow, if Silveira can wear things with a Belgian flag, surely Bruna can wear her - pin, one would imagine... Tiny bit of a shame though. We knew for a while already Bruna would be the only Brazilian woman in Milan, so when knowing that, you do kind of start to dream a little bit
