It's quite aggrevating how GB have abandoned their wonderful hopelessness in a series of sports for which GB has no traditions -  a European Fencing medal a few weeks back, a win in the World Championship Water polo, the Artistic swimmers in Paris, a series of very decent weightlifters- no  respect for traditions at all - Rrally, all our chips are now in wrestling, handball and vplleyball, where we seem to remain reassuringly awful.

    • There are things I find pathetic, but saying a competition is unnecessary right after you don't qualify for it is the typical display of a loser. Pietro Maschio, when Conegliano qualifies for the Club World Cup next time, should refuse to participate like the Polish clubs do and stop spouting nonsense.
    • The biggest surprise is that Ranefur (rank 70) won over LSD!
    • Never wanted something to be more wrong then I did now... synchronized skating and no ice cross    And of course we'll probably win the gold medal in it because it's a sport that I hate, the same thing happened with "breaking" aka breakdancing in 2024.
    • No surprise — it’s the result of months of controversy, including media backlash. It all started with the federation’s decision not to select Romei, who is very close to Costantini, for the Olympic Games, and to call up Rebecca Mariani instead. In recent months, the Romeo/Costantini duo allegedly tried to push out Lo Deserto as well, and these are the results…
