@brunamoura41.85 down! From Sundling that is, so maybe 25 secs or so off top 30.  Beating plenty of European countries with winter sports history.  Also beating plenty of yesterday's top 20. Second  though, so don't know how the sprint team gets selected....

16,23 seconds behind is enough to qualify!

Still think that Skistad will win. Svahn would have been the best contender on this course. In the qualification Sundling can benefit from her higher capacity in the uphill but in the heats when the uphill is in the beginning of the course, it will be enough time for Skistad to glide back in to the top and win on better speed in the final sprint.

If my calculations are correct, we have 4 new basic Olympic quotas from the women's sprint qualification:

 

 

That means that we would have 42 qualified NOC's for women.

How low have we fallen. Nobody was even close to qualify for top 30.
