Ya. The team parallel event is… fun. I actually really enjoy watching it. Other than slalom it’s actually the alpine skiing event I enjoy watching the most. But it is *very* hard to take seriously.

The parallel team events are not good enough, everyone knows one course is very likely to be better and the event can be manipulated by choice so having two athletes doing their preferred event in Team Combined makes most sense on paper IMO. I'm willing to give it a try going forward.

Those are basically my thoughts as well. Ideally I’d like us to have the old combined back.  But given the combined is probably dead and buried for good I prefer having the team combined rather than no combined at all.
