For Italy it`s great success in this World Championships, but there are some negatives things:

 

 

 

- only 1 gold out of 7 medals- this is poor effectiveness,

- without Stano and Palmisano (both over 30), our race walking is practically nonexistent in the senior category,

- a decline in the sector of sprint, especially the men's: 4 years ago at the same stadium at the Olympics, we achieved miraculous things, but now most of that gold-winning relay guys (Jacobs, Tortu, Desalu, Patta) are in completly of out form or at end of his careers. At now, there are no succesors.
