Just found out that there is an annual triathlon race in the centre of Paris that does NOT use the Seine but still takes in all the main city centre sites. So literally all they had to do was just use that route for the swimming, and the whole soap opera could have been avoided. By the way, why does Russia still have a chance at the Olympics ticket and Belarus doesn't? In theory, each team should have an equal chance and, for example, maybe they should play a play-off games for that place in a format like Russia-Belarus-France-Norway? -

First time since 2012 no medals for us. Unfortunately, a lot of our athletes got sick, there must be some illness going on in our team (or maybe other countries were affected too?) Men's hammer throw was also extremely disappointing especially with NM from Papanastasiou who was one of the favourites to win! -

it's because her father (a former 4*400m italian specialist) won the Master World Title in that stadium in San Sebastian and actually it's also the place where he met the woman that later became his wife and mother of Erika
