 HESAH ALDAMKHI is the only eligable with 1 point in Olympic ranking. But tripartite invitations as always will get rellocated to world rankings in both mena nd women competitions.

Quotas are awarded to athletes, so a NOC can reject a continental or World Championships quota and give that to an athlete qualified by ranking
