I just double checked - I was off by 1, I think she's two behind the cutoff. I'm making some assumptions that Sweden won't take their two athletes here though based on some other reports but I could be wrong there. There is also a Dutch athlete who is qualified in the Shot Put and Discus, last WC she just did the Shot Put so I'm not sure if there's possibility.

Sweden is taking both athletes, as confirmed on their Instagram accounts.

Kate Current is now 1st alternate in women’s 1500m. 
 

Craig Thorne is now 1st alternate in men’s 110m hurdles.
