Duenas isn’t Spanish though? He’s Filipino-Canadian.

Ñ may still have some uses in Tagalog from what I can find. @LDOG maybe knows more, since he made the original post.

The Philippines were a Spanish colony for some time. A lot of filipinos have hispanic names as a result and their language has a lot of imported words from spanish.

But I still don’t think Duenas has an ñ in his last name.
