I'm impressed Oceania was able to make every single event eligible for a quota. Australia did need to enlist some help from refugees in the women's -49kg though.

I am ok with refugee team participating, but they should be treated as one NOC and with same disadvantages. In taekwondo that means two per gender can participate in qualifications (worldwide) and not in all continents. Just two best ranked eligible.
