:NED Marrit Steenbergen improved her 200m medley PB and NR by 0,3s to 2.08,86 yesterday.

Also swam a 52,72 100 meter freestyle same day at the Eindhoven Qualification Meet.

Meg Harris just went 52.60 in the 100 free heats at Australian Championships (not trials meet). First PB in this event since Tokyo trials where she went 52.9.

Event is live streamed here.

You might need to go to the SwimSwam live recap page for each session to find links however, as they’re all unlisted.

The stream was listed for a short while this morning before it disappeared so that might be how SwimSwam got the link. Hope I'm wrong but I think you're gonna need a VPN tonight to watch at 9now.

A stream is listed again: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcOjCaPzJTw

Will be interesting to see if it disappears again.

Mollie said she's not happy with the time

At the end of the session Kai Taylor lead off a club relay with a 1:45.89 that was executed with a big negative split 53.36/52.53. Could mean he's cooking up something really impressive!

really impressed...I hope they haven't misjudged the tapering for the actual selection meet :p

tbh, I'm starting to hope they did, otherwise we might see something unprecedented at the Trials (and then at the Games)

I don't want too many events be boring, with Aussie's Gold already written in stone months before the Olympics
