you can find the video of the 100m race on X (twitter), "atletica italiana" account

 

however, reasonable 10.11 by Marcel Jacobs, basically tied with Bromell (just 3/1000 at the photofinish the difference in favor of the American)...not the best start, but very good in the last 30/40 meters

10.11 and 10.14 is basically tied to you? 
 

For a 100m, that margin is not very small IMO.

Preisner behind Olympic standard pace 15km in at the Hamburg Marathon, and Wodak only 45 or so seconds clear and losing time. Doesn’t look like Canada will add to their Paris team of three marathoners.
