I have a feeling POL song next year will be really good. Probably different National TV broadacaster will choose the entrant.

No other Polish TV can't choose entrant neither competing in Eurovision as TVP, our only public broadcaster, is lone member of EBU.

Yes i know that. What i tried to say was that i strongly believe that in few months time TVP will look totally different than it is now. It will be much better TV so there is a chance the song will be better too.

It's cool to see a TISC contestant participating to the ESC a few years later :p

It's happening for Greece too, Marina Satti who is currently representing us in TOISC will now also be representing us in ESC 2024 :d

My kids say this may be one of the candidates for a Polish entrance this year.

Doesn't iJustyna with Witch-er considered as Polish entry? Poland according to rumors has some problems with broadcaster, but you probably know better

Huh, you have kids :yikes:

I've wondered before how many parents we have on Totallympics, the only one I'm sure about is @konig because he announced that last (?) year :d

    • It's all hogwash especially in the short attention span generation. Like nobody cares about Free Tibet anymore either. Free Palestine will last a lot longer due to Saudi Arabia becoming a sponsorship force in sports.   Israel is too weak in soccer to qualify from UEFA zone. The only time they qualified was from the Asian zone and they only beat Australia & New Zealand who were complete nobodies in the 1960s. No such luck in the 60 years since.
    • Oh I assure you FIFA dodger a bullet with Israel not qualifying…   But ya that’s kind of the thing, shut up and dribble is a mantra anti LGBT people have used often. I don’t think it’s hypocritical to remind them of their position
    • Ah, yes but that's not how pro athletes are taught in North America these days? Shut up & dribble is xenophobic, racist or whatever? The hypocrisy of some of these policies were exposed during 2022 World Cup already where the Saudis played it smart and waved their own "Free Palestine' slogans. Forget LGBT rights for a moment, how many 'Free Palestine' flags will be waved in 2026? Or will those be confiscated by default? Somehow I feel this won't be met with similar backlash when China clamped down on 'Free Tibet' in 2008 OG. Saudi Arabia is more important to global markets than Iran & Egypt
    • Wisła Płock just assumed 1st position after five consecutive draws. Must be first time ever a team on a five match winless streak actually moves up to league top.
    • Well ya, which is why the Egyptian and Iranian teams can shut up and dribble :P
    • The problem is, the World Cup is not a local event. Overall it's another storm in a teacup. LGBT rights in Muslim countries won't change a damn inch becuse of one soccer match in Seattle
