I am talking about in an overall sense. The IOC would have known about the booing etc. from the Pan Am Games. This is a good reason coupled with others that should give the IOC some pause before awarding a country the Olympics. 

When I say third world, I refer to those outside the 'traditional' hosts the IOC has gone to. 

 

When you say "third world" you are just being extremely disrespectful and making use of a derrogatory term that is not supposed to be used since the 1980s to refer to a location you know nothing of, just because you think part of the population will necessarily represent the whole country. It was your choice to use this harmful term, so don't expect everyone to play dumb now.
