Have just started a course of steroids (with a TUE :mumble:) to deal with a small but humiliating health problem.  Will let you know if I am suddenly breaking records in the 15m pool I train in.  :swimming:

Strangely enough....I am.  After only a week, couple of minutes gained, down to 53-55 from 55-57.  Feel like Ben Johnson, without the yellow eyes.

Credit Suisse: :SUI a bank for dictators, drug lords and criminals

They include a human trafficker in the Philippines, a Hong Kong stock exchange boss jailed for bribery, a billionaire who ordered the murder of his Lebanese pop star girlfriend and executives who looted Venezuela’s state oil company, as well as corrupt politicians from Egypt to Ukraine.

One Vatican-owned account in the data was used to spend €350m (£290m) in an allegedly fraudulent investment in London property that is at the centre of an ongoing criminal trial of several defendants, including a cardinal.

    • Yes, the Africa Cup is counted, but I mean the Americup will be removed before the end of the qualification period (1 December 2027). Because the event finished before 1 December 2025.
    • It is already counted. Madagascar has won both men's and women's tournaments.
    • I think the 2025 Africa Cup will be counted in the Olympic ranking because it was played on December 5-7, while ther Americup was played on November 27-30 so it should not be counted, right?   The ranking cut-off is 1 December 2027 and the events of the last 2 years are counted, so I think the Americup 2025 will be cut.
