I do agree with you, but it's a price question, 1500 for USA - Paraguay doesn't seem to worth it if Switzerland-Italy was $500, i'm sure the prices at 2014 were much better

The only expensive game i went was Brazil 1x7 Germany

Not sure how final is that. At least many games are still TBC or between venues.

Host cities were assigned to certain groups long before the draw. Group J composed from Dallas/SF/Kansas so it should be final.
